Question 1

How does delivery work for businesses and residences in Pomeroy?

Accepted Answer

For riverfront shops and offices, you must provide the specific department or suite number to ensure we find the correct entrance. For homes located on the steep hills overlooking the town, include the house color and which porch to use for drop-off. These details are necessary because GPS is often unreliable on the narrow, winding streets.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered because the town’s steep inclines and narrow roads are not suited for boxed shipping. We drive directly to the property to ensure the arrangement reaches the recipient. Mentioning if a house is on a shared driveway or a private lane helps us avoid delivery errors.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the flowers in a spot protected from the river breeze or with a neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with one of the same value. Providing a recipient phone number helps us coordinate access to homes located on private gravel roads or hillsides.
