Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local clinics and administrative offices in Albany?

Accepted Answer

Enter the specific suite number or department name at checkout because most professional buildings in this area are single-story and lack centralized reception desks. Providing the exact entrance or desk location ensures the driver delivers directly to the recipient rather than leaving the order at a general building entrance. This detail is necessary to navigate properties where multiple small offices share a single parking lot.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and rural homesteads?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the long driveways and roadside mailboxes common throughout this residential layout. If the house is set far back from the road or lacks a visible house number, include a description of the property or gate access instructions. This ensures the driver finds the correct porch rather than leaving the delivery near the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not home, the driver will leave the order in a shaded area on the porch, as most properties here have open lawns without fences or shared hallway security. If a specific stem is unavailable, a similar flower of equal value is substituted to maintain the arrangement style. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver confirm the delivery location if the house is difficult to identify from the main rural route.
