Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or homes in Lake Hopatcong?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to lakeside residences, professional offices, and care centers. For properties set back from the road, provide specific gate codes or driveway instructions at checkout. These details help the driver find the correct entrance among the winding streets and shared lanes near the water.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the door or reception area. Because many properties around the lake have steep inclines or multi-level layouts, we require a clear path to the main entrance. Providing a recipient phone number ensures the driver can confirm access for homes with long driveways or restricted-entry points.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient isn't there or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a secure area near the primary entrance to leave the arrangement. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a different flower of equal or higher value. Including the recipient's phone number and any secondary entrance details prevents failed deliveries at properties with low visibility from the main road.
