Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secured residential buildings in Landing?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific suite number or apartment unit code during checkout to ensure access through secure lobby doors. For deliveries to the medical offices along the main commercial corridor, include the department name and floor. These details allow the driver to leave the arrangement at the internal reception desk rather than an outdoor entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes across Landing's different landscapes?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the steep driveways and winding lakeside roads common in this area. Drivers use local street access to reach properties set back from the main road, avoiding the damage caused by boxed shipping. Providing a description of the house color or entrance location helps the driver identify your specific property in wooded or hilly sections.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver will leave the flowers on a porch or in a location shielded from the street on these open suburban lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, the designer selects a replacement of the same size and value to preserve the original arrangement style. Including a recipient's phone number prevents a failed delivery if a gate or secure apartment vestibule is locked.
