Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Netcong?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries in the compact downtown area, please note if the recipient is in a street-level shop or an apartment located above a business. In the residential sections, include specific instructions for houses located on steep hills or narrow side streets. Accurate entrance details are necessary where street parking is restricted near the storefronts.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered and what access information is needed?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the borough's mix of sidewalk-fronted businesses and private homes. For multi-family buildings near the train line, provide a buzzer code or instructions for a secured entry. If there is no lobby or porch, specify a preferred spot that is not directly on the public sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a neighbor or a side door away from the main road to leave the arrangement. When a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom that fits the original shape and color. Including the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues common to buildings that open directly onto the street.
