Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the residential estates and professional offices in South Russell?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this village go to homes set back on large, wooded lots with long driveways. Please provide the house number and any gate codes for private entries at checkout. For office clusters near the village limits, include the specific suite number or building letter to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand given the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the winding residential streets and expansive properties in this area. Drivers bring the flowers directly to the front door rather than leaving them at a roadside mailbox. Providing details about circular drives or side entrances helps the driver locate the best drop-off point for houses not visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot on the porch, which is often necessary on these large residential lots. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we replace it with a similar flower of equal value to maintain the design. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver call for directions if a long private driveway is difficult to identify.
