Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the gated communities and corporate offices in Aurora?

Accepted Answer

Many residential areas in this city are located within gated clusters or have homes set far back from the main road on wooded lots. You must provide the gate access code and the recipient’s phone number at checkout so the driver can reach the front door. For corporate business parks, include the specific suite number or department name to ensure the driver can pass the security desk.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand to these suburban locations?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the sprawling suburban layout and long driveways found throughout the city. Hand delivery ensures the flowers are placed at the front door rather than left at a mailbox or the end of a driveway. Providing specific instructions for side entrances or porch access helps the driver navigate properties with large footprints or unique layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure area out of public view, which is standard for the wide residential streets in this city. If a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value to maintain the same size and style. Including a secondary contact number reduces delivery failures at properties with restricted-access gates or multi-building office complexes.
