Question 1

Can you deliver to the specific types of buildings in Burton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the professional offices surrounding the central village square and to residential properties on the outlying rural roads. For small medical clinics or funeral homes, you must provide the specific suite or room number at checkout. This ensures the arrangement is accepted at the front desk rather than left in a general mail area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses here?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to handle the transition from the compact village center to the spread-out residential lots. For homes set back from the main road, provide details about specific gates or side entrances used for deliveries. This helps us find the correct door on properties with multiple outbuildings or long driveways.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, we identify a secure spot on a covered porch or near a side door away from the public road. When a specific stem is not in stock, we substitute it with a flower that matches the original color and value. Including the recipient's phone number allows us to verify property access for homes with long private drives.
