Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the different types of properties in Chagrin Falls?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the compact village center and the surrounding residential areas with wooded lots. For village offices and storefronts, provide the suite number and specific instructions for street-front entrances. For properties with long private drives or gated entrances, include the necessary access codes at checkout.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the village’s narrow walkways and limited street parking. This method ensures successful arrival at both dense storefronts and residential homes located on winding township roads. Provide details about side doors or porch locations if the house is set back far from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we identify a secure area away from the public sidewalk or high-traffic pedestrian paths. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a recipient phone number helps drivers manage properties with restricted access or hidden entrances.
