Question 1

How do you ensure my flowers reach the right person in South Plainfield?

Accepted Answer

In South Plainfield, we deliver to both residential houses and multi-tenant corporate office parks. For business deliveries, you must provide the specific suite number to help the driver navigate past security checkpoints or reception desks. This ensures the flowers are accepted at the correct entrance rather than being turned away at a main gate.

Question 2

How will my order be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they remain upright while navigating the city's mix of industrial corridors and suburban streets. For residential properties with long driveways or gated entrances, include any access codes required for the driver to reach the front door. This prevents the driver from leaving the arrangement at a roadside mailbox where it is unprotected.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured office building, the driver will leave the flowers with the designated front desk or reception area. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the size and color of the order. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at properties with restricted entrance gates.
