Question 1

How are deliveries handled for offices and care facilities in Fanwood?

Accepted Answer

For professional offices and senior residences in this borough, enter the specific suite number or room name at checkout. Since many local buildings are small-scale or converted residential structures, these details help the driver find the correct entrance. Providing a department or floor name ensures the flowers are left with the right reception desk.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. For the detached homes and properties with deep setbacks common here, drivers look for a safe, sheltered spot on a porch or at a side entrance. Include any gate codes or notes about specific porch access to ensure the driver can reach the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not at their residence or if a flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will try to leave the flowers with a nearby neighbor or in a secure porch area. If a particular flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value that keeps the same arrangement shape. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us manage access to homes with long driveways or fenced yards.
