Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to the large corporate campuses and university buildings in Piscataway?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name, floor, and suite number for all office or academic locations. These sites often use centralized mailrooms or security desks where a signature is required for entry. Including a direct desk phone number helps us navigate these large complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and office parks throughout the city?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the transition between high-density office towers and spread-out residential driveways. Providing specific gate codes or entrance instructions helps us reach front desks or porches directly. This method avoids the delays often found at secured perimeter checkpoints.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

At corporate offices, we leave the order with the designated receptionist or department assistant if the recipient is unavailable. For residential properties with open access, we place the flowers in a secure area away from the street. Specifying a secondary contact person for large office suites prevents delivery failure if the primary recipient is in a meeting.
