Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical sites and secured buildings in Plainfield?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception or designated intake desk for all medical centers and multi-family housing units. You must include the specific room, suite, or apartment number to ensure the driver follows the correct entry protocol for these secured properties. These details prevent the order from being held at a general entrance or security gate.

Question 2

How are my flowers transported and dropped off in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to account for the city's mix of street-front apartments and homes with deep setbacks. This method ensures flowers are placed directly into a person's hands or behind a secure porch rail. Please provide gate codes or instructions for side-door access for properties with long driveways or shared entryways.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we attempt to find a neighbor or a secure foyer to avoid leaving the arrangement on a public sidewalk with high foot traffic. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a similar bloom that maintains the original size and color profile. Providing a local contact number allows the driver to resolve access issues with locked gates or restricted street parking immediately.
