Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the commercial plazas and residential streets in Green Brook Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to professional suites along the divided highway and to private homes on the township’s residential hills. Include the specific suite number for commercial buildings and any gate codes for properties set back from the main road. These details allow the driver to locate the correct entrance without needing to make multiple passes on the highway.

Question 2

Will my flowers be left in a box or hand-delivered to the door?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the recipient’s front door or a building’s reception desk. The township layout includes many long driveways and steep grades, so we do not use boxed shipping. This method ensures the arrangement is placed at the primary entrance of the residence or office.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is not present or a flower choice is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, we leave the flowers on a porch or with a neighbor. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value to maintain the arrangement's style. Providing a recipient phone number reduces failed deliveries for properties with restricted driveway access or secured office entrances.
