Question 1

How do you ensure flowers reach the correct person at local medical offices or apartments?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific suite number or department name for deliveries to medical offices situated along the main commercial highway. For residential deliveries in multi-family buildings, include the buzzer code or entry instructions for the secured lobby at checkout. These details allow drivers to move past public waiting areas or locked exterior doors to reach the intended recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the borough’s different neighborhoods?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the city's mix of divided highways and narrow residential side streets. Drivers bring the arrangement directly to the door or reception desk to ensure it remains upright and stable. Specifying a side-street access point or driveway location helps avoid delays on residential blocks where street parking is limited.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, drivers look for a porch area shielded from street view or attempt to leave the order with a next-door neighbor in closely spaced housing. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps the driver coordinate entry if they encounter a locked vestibule or gated residential entrance.
