Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices and medical clinics?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential porches, downtown storefronts, and funeral homes. Provide the specific suite number or department name at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. This is necessary because many local buildings have multiple side entries or are converted residential structures.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. In the compact village center, we use sidewalk access to reach front porches or side doors. For properties located on the rural outskirts, please note if there is a gate or a long gravel driveway that requires specific vehicle access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home when the driver arrives?

Accepted Answer

If no one answers, we look for a sheltered spot on a porch or near a side entrance to keep the arrangement out of view from the road. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value and similar color. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver locate homes that are set far back from the main township roads.
