Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Springfield?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to multi-building medical campuses and multi-story downtown offices require specific internal locations. Provide the building name, floor, and department or room number at checkout. This ensures the bouquet reaches the correct reception desk or department rather than a central mailroom.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to both wide suburban residential streets and compact downtown units. For deliveries to secured apartment complexes or gated properties, include the entry code or concierge instructions at checkout. This allows the delivery person to reach the front door or lobby directly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is unavailable, we leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a porch area sheltered from street view. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value to maintain the arrangement size. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate access to large corporate campuses or locked residential buildings.
