Question 1

How does delivery work for institutions and secured buildings in Cedarville?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the local campus, provide the building name and the specific department or mailroom desk. Residential orders require a house number and a note if the entrance is located on a rural township road rather than the village grid. These details ensure the driver finds the correct drop-off point among the spread-out academic and residential structures.

Question 2

What is the delivery method used in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to suit the mix of village storefronts, campus offices, and rural farmhouses. Drivers navigate between paved village streets and the long, unpaved driveways found on the outskirts of town. Providing a specific door location or porch instruction helps avoid delays at properties with multiple entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we leave the flowers in a sheltered area on the porch or with a designated campus receiving desk. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same look. A recipient phone number is required to coordinate access for properties with gated entries or those set back significantly from the main road.
