Question 1

How does delivery work for institutional or secured buildings in Wilberforce?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the local campus facilities and residential areas requires a specific building name and office or room number. Because many buildings have restricted access, provide a recipient phone number so the driver can coordinate with desk staff. These details ensure flowers reach the correct person in administrative or residential halls.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out campus clusters and rural residential streets. Drivers navigate private drives and campus parking lots to perform a direct drop-off at the specified building entrance. Providing specific instructions about side doors or porch locations helps the driver find the correct entry point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a staffed service desk or a sheltered spot away from high-traffic campus walkways. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the arrangement’s style. Including an accurate phone number helps the driver avoid leaving items in unsecured student common areas.
