Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local hospitals or funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception desks of sprawling medical campuses and the administrative offices of local funeral homes. Because these facilities often consist of multiple detached buildings or separate wings spread across large properties, you must provide the specific building name or department at checkout. This ensures the driver navigates directly to the correct entrance rather than a general campus perimeter.

Question 2

How does the city’s layout affect the way my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of downtown storefronts and residential streets with deep setbacks and long driveways. For homes located on the outskirts where the house is not clearly visible from the road, please provide specific descriptions of the house or driveway entrance. Providing a gate code for any secured residential entries prevents the driver from being blocked at the property line.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to accept the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure, shaded location on an open-air porch or leave the arrangement with a contiguous neighbor. For deliveries to the city’s multi-unit residential complexes with locked foyers, a working phone number for the recipient is required to arrange entry. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to ensure the arrangement is delivered on the scheduled date.
