Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices, funeral homes, and medical facilities in Enon?

Accepted Answer

Most commercial locations in this area are single-story buildings or small professional suites without central reception desks. You must provide the specific suite number or department name at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. For services at local funeral chapels, include the scheduled viewing time so the arrangement is placed before the doors open to the public.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the town’s layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by a driver, as the residential layout consists primarily of detached homes with open front porches. For properties set back from the road or located on multi-acre lots, please note if there is a long private drive or a gate. These details allow the driver to navigate directly to the front door rather than leaving the order at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement on a porch or near the primary entrance if the house is shielded from the main road. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar bloom of equal value that maintains the same color scheme. Providing a secondary phone number for a nearby resident helps prevent failed deliveries for homes with restricted property access.
