Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local clinics and funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main office or reception desk of these smaller local facilities. Please enter the specific department or the name of the service at checkout. This ensures the staff can direct the flowers to the correct room in buildings that lack central loading docks.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to houses and rural properties?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in a box to handle the transition from village streets to unpaved drives. For homes set far back from the main road, provide details about gate access or long driveway entries. These details help our team find the correct door on properties with large acreages.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers on a porch that offers protection from the open landscape. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a different flower of the same shape and color. Including the recipient's phone number helps us verify the location for homes located on the outskirts of the village.
