Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to professional offices and senior living complexes along the borough's main corridors, provide the suite or room number at checkout. Our drivers use these details to navigate shared entryways and front-desk check-in protocols. This ensures the arrangement reaches the recipient rather than being left in a public lobby or mailroom.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the borough’s mix of narrow residential lots and homes situated near high-traffic roads. Provide instructions for side doors or gated porches if the main entrance is close to the sidewalk. These details help us place the flowers in a secure location away from the street if the recipient is not home.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we attempt to find a neighbor or a secure side entrance to keep the flowers off the street-facing steps. Including a recipient’s phone number helps us manage access for residences located behind commercial properties or within secured housing units. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute a similar variety that maintains the original arrangement's scale and shape.
