Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Sherwood?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this village are made to single-story residences or small businesses with direct street-level access. Provide the specific porch or side door location at checkout if the building has a residential-style layout. This ensures the driver identifies the correct entrance on properties that may lack formal suite numbers or prominent signage.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes. The village layout consists of open residential lots where drivers park at the curb for immediate access to the front entrance. Include any specific gate or porch instructions if the house is situated on a corner lot with multiple street exposures.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement on a protected porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety of equal value is used to maintain the design. Providing a recipient phone number is required for homes that are set far back from the main village roads.
