Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the local medical campus or funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

For the regional medical campus and spread-out clinic buildings, you must provide the specific wing or department at checkout. Funeral home deliveries require the name of the deceased to ensure staff can direct the flowers to the correct viewing room. These details are necessary because these facilities have multiple separate entrances and distinct delivery docks.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residence or office in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the mix of historic downtown storefronts and residential streets. For homes that sit far back from the road or have long driveways, please specify the preferred drop-off point. In the central business district, drivers use primary street-level entrances to reach reception desks or office suites.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, drivers look for a sheltered side porch or screened-in entry common to the local housing layout. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that preserves the original color scheme. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver confirm access for properties with secured gates or deep setbacks.
