Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and funeral houses in Continental?

Accepted Answer

Enter the full street address and the name of the recipient or the deceased for funeral services at checkout. We deliver directly to the village funeral home and residential porches. These details help drivers navigate the transition from the central village grid to the outlying township farm properties.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or sent in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door or office desk. Since the village has no high-rise buildings or gated complexes, we access properties via street-level entrances and front porches. Mention if the residence is a farmhouse set back from the road so the driver can locate the correct driveway.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is away or a specific flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we leave the flowers in a shaded porch area or with a neighbor. For rural addresses where homes are spaced far apart, a recipient phone number is required to coordinate the drop-off. If a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value.
