Question 1

How does delivery work for large facilities or offices in Scotch Plains?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the sprawling medical wings or corporate parks located along the main highway corridors, you must provide the specific department name and suite number at checkout. These multi-building complexes have centralized security desks and multiple entrances that require precise internal location details for access. Providing a floor or wing number ensures the driver can navigate these large campuses and hand the flowers to the correct person.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the local layout of detached homes and deep suburban lots. Because many properties feature long driveways or houses set far back from the street, providing specific instructions about side doors or porch access is helpful. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement remains stable while navigating winding residential roads and deep-set properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residential property?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home at a property with a large setback, the driver will look for a secure area out of sight from the street to leave the delivery. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to ensure the order is completed without delaying the delivery to distant residential lanes. Including a secondary phone number or gate code helps prevent failed deliveries for homes situated on private or restricted-access drives.
