Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Watchung?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to corporate offices along the highway corridors and residential homes situated on the borough’s winding mountain roads. For office deliveries, include the specific suite number and floor to ensure the driver reaches the correct internal reception desk. For residential properties, provide any gate codes or entry instructions needed to access homes set back from the main road.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered across the local area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the steep driveways and hilly terrain characteristic of this area. This method ensures the flowers are placed directly at the front door rather than left at a roadside mailbox. Providing specific details about the house's position on shared or private drives helps prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch, which is standard for the large residential lots in this community. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the same color palette. Including the recipient's phone number is essential for drivers to navigate properties with long driveways or secluded entrances.
