Question 1

How do I ensure my flowers reach the correct office or residential location?

Accepted Answer

Many downtown professional offices are located on the upper floors of retail buildings where street-level access is limited. Enter the suite number and the specific entrance door at checkout. For residential properties with deep setbacks or long driveways, specify if the delivery belongs at the front door or a side gate.

Question 2

What method is used to deliver flowers to local businesses and homes?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the walkable downtown area and the spread-out residential streets. We do not use boxed shipping or third-party postal services. Providing a keypad code for secured residential foyers ensures the flowers are not left on the sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is away or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

We leave the flowers in a sheltered spot like a wrap-around porch or a secured building vestibule. Provide the recipient’s phone number at checkout so they can be notified of the exact placement on the property. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a flower of equal value that maintains the same color and structural design.
