Question 1

Can you deliver flowers to the medical campus and local residences in Rootstown?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both the large medical university campus and the spread-out residential streets in this township. At checkout, you must provide the specific department name or room number for deliveries to medical or academic buildings. These details are necessary to navigate the different wings and restricted access points found throughout the campus area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and offices in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to ensure it arrives intact at residential porches or office desks. Because many properties here feature long private drives or are part of a centralized academic complex, providing gate codes or specific building entry instructions is required. These details help the driver reach the door directly rather than leaving the order at a distant mail drop.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not available at a residential lot, we leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe area out of sight from the road. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original shape and color. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues if we encounter a locked gate or a secured office entrance.
