Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the large university campus and multi-story downtown offices requires specific building names and room numbers. Provide the recipient's mobile phone number at checkout so the courier can coordinate entry at secured academic buildings. This ensures the gift reaches the individual rather than being left at a central mailroom.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

Each arrangement is hand-delivered to navigate the mix of compact downtown blocks and spread-out suburban residential streets. Drivers use short-term loading zones to access multi-story buildings and student housing complexes. Including specific door or gate codes helps the courier bypass access restrictions common in these high-density areas.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away from a campus residence or suburban home, the driver uses the provided contact number to find a safe location for the flowers. When a specific flower is out of stock, a substitute of equal value is selected to match the original style. Correct contact information is the most important factor in avoiding delivery failures at secured apartment buildings and dormitories.
