Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to medical centers or multi-story buildings in Cuyahoga Falls?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific wing and room number for medical campuses to ensure the driver reaches the correct internal desk. For the mixed-use buildings downtown where apartments sit above retail shops, include the residential entrance code or buzzer number at checkout. These details prevent drivers from attempting delivery at public storefronts instead of private residences.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different residential layouts in Cuyahoga Falls?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by local drivers and are never shipped in cardboard boxes. For homes located on the sloped streets near the river valley, please specify if the delivery should be left at a side door or a specific porch area. Clear instructions about preferred entry points help our drivers navigate properties with multiple levels or unconventional layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a covered porch or a neighbor who can take the flowers until the recipient returns. If a specific bloom is not available, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Providing a working phone number for the recipient is the best way to prevent a failed delivery at secured apartment complexes or multi-tenant office buildings.
