Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various medical and senior living complexes in Hartville?

Accepted Answer

This village contains several multi-wing senior living communities and office clusters set back from the main roads. Enter the specific wing name, room number, or suite at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. Accurate internal location details prevent delays in these sprawling residential and professional complexes.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All items are hand-delivered to accommodate the wide driveways and open-porch architecture common in this area. If the delivery is to a business within the high-traffic commercial zones, specify if the recipient is an employee or a customer. For residential clusters with gated access, include the entry code to allow the driver to reach the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered area on the porch, as most local homes lack enclosed foyers. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that matches the original shape and color. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate properties with long drives or restricted vehicle access.
