Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Mantua?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of village offices and the primary entrances of funeral homes. For residential properties on large rural lots, enter specific instructions at checkout if the house is set back from the main road or accessed by a long driveway. These details are necessary because Mantua includes both compact village streets and homes situated on several acres of land.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the village and the outlying rural areas?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient to navigate the mix of village storefronts and outlying farmhouses. For properties with long gravel drives, we deliver to the primary residence rather than leaving items at a mailbox or gate. Providing details about side porches or specific door locations helps us complete the delivery on the first attempt.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a secure spot at the primary entrance, which is why identifying the main house on properties with barns or outbuildings is important. Including a recipient phone number allows us to confirm access if a driveway is restricted or a gate is closed. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the arrangement's style and color.
