Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to rural properties or homes with long driveways in Diamond?

Accepted Answer

Many residences in Diamond are set back from the road on large, wooded lots with long gravel driveways. At checkout, provide the house number and any specific instructions for gate access or driveway turns. These details help drivers locate the correct front door when the house is not visible from the main rural road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this part of Portage County?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and semi-rural roads. Drivers navigate directly to the primary entrance of the home rather than leaving items at a distant mailbox or using shipping boxes. Including a description of the house color or a unique property feature helps identify the correct address on roads where houses are far apart.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the flowers at the front door or in a sheltered area on the porch. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of similar size and color to maintain the arrangement's look. Providing the recipient’s phone number allows us to call for access if a long driveway is blocked or difficult to navigate.
