Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of properties in Hudson?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both the compact historic office suites located above downtown retail shops and the sprawling residential estates on the outskirts. For downtown offices, you must provide the suite number and specific building entry instructions at checkout. For large residential lots with long driveways, include any gate codes or property access details to ensure the courier reaches the correct front door.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered given the suburban and village layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door to navigate the mix of walkable village streets and quiet suburban cul-de-sacs. Our couriers walk the arrangement directly to the entrance, which is necessary for local properties where houses often sit far back from the main road. Specifying a side door or main porch preference helps us find the best drop-off point on these larger residential parcels.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, we place the flowers in a shaded area near the entrance that is not visible from the street. In the historic business district where storefronts are close to the sidewalk, we use the recipient’s phone number to coordinate access if the building is locked. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and scale.
