Question 1

Do you deliver to the medical campus and government offices in Ravenna?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the specific desk or department within the interconnected medical buildings and the central courthouse area. Provide the building name or floor number at checkout so the driver can navigate the various public and restricted entrances. For services at funeral homes near the city center, include the name of the deceased to ensure the arrangement is placed in the correct viewing room.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in Ravenna?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered in a vase to accommodate the city’s mix of historic houses with deep porches and downtown storefronts. Provide specific gate codes or instructions if the residence is set back from the main road with a long driveway. For deliveries near the main square, let us know if there is a rear entrance or a specific loading zone to help the driver avoid street parking delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered spot on the porch or a neighbor who can accept the gift to protect it from the open layout of local residential lots. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value that maintains the original style and size. Including the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues for properties with secured entryways or long private drives.
