Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to secured buildings or local offices?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to secured apartment buildings and medical offices located along the city's main corridors. You must enter the buzzer code or suite number at checkout so we can reach the correct floor. These details are necessary to move through the locked entrances and shared hallways common in this area.

Question 2

How are the flowers physically delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow, steep streets where street parking is often restricted. The driver walks the arrangement directly to the door or the building's front desk. Telling us if the home is on an incline or has a specific side entrance helps us find the right drop-off point.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

We do not leave flowers unattended due to the high foot traffic and lack of private porches in these dense residential blocks. We will call the recipient to coordinate a hand-off or check if a building neighbor is available. If a specific flower is not in stock, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original style.
