Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to high-rise buildings and medical centers in Englewood?

Accepted Answer

Drivers deliver to a large central medical campus and multiple high-rise buildings with front-desk security. Provide the specific suite, floor, or room number at checkout so the driver can navigate building access protocols. These details ensure the flowers reach the recipient instead of being held in a centralized mailroom.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential and downtown addresses?

Accepted Answer

Each order is hand-delivered and never shipped in a box. In the dense downtown area with limited parking, drivers need a direct phone number for the recipient to coordinate the hand-off. For residential properties on hilly streets or with long driveways, include gate codes or porch instructions to prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a building concierge is present, the driver will leave the flowers there; otherwise, they will look for a secure spot on a residential porch. If a specific stem is unavailable, a designer will use a similar flower that matches the shape and color of the original. Including the recipient’s phone number is the best way to avoid a failed delivery at gated properties or secured apartment entrances.
