Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to apartments and professional buildings in Palisades Park?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to high-rise residences or multi-tenant professional offices, please provide the suite or apartment number and any building entry codes at checkout. Our drivers navigate dense commercial corridors and secured entry points where front-desk access is required for drop-offs. Accurate unit numbers ensure the driver can leave the arrangement with a concierge or use the correct intercom.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes across the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the city’s high-density housing and multi-family dwellings. Drivers must manage narrow residential streets and limited curb space, so providing specific porch or side-door instructions helps prevent delays. Hand delivery ensures flowers are placed in a safe, designated area if the recipient lives in a building without a common lobby.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a secure entry or a neighbor in the same multi-family unit to accept the flowers. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value to maintain the arrangement's size and style. Providing a recipient’s working phone number allows the driver to confirm access to gated or secured multi-story properties.
