Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the high-rise buildings and offices in this city?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the concierge or front desk in secured residential towers and multi-story office buildings. You must provide the recipient’s apartment or suite number and a floor number during checkout. These details allow building security to verify the delivery and notify the recipient for pick-up.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a courier who is familiar with the city's high-traffic corridors and limited street parking. We do not ship in boxes to avoid leaving packages unattended in busy lobbies or on high-density sidewalks. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps our drivers coordinate with building staff when loading zones are occupied.

Question 3

What happens if the building is inaccessible or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the arrangement with the building doorman or at the front desk. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the design's shape and color. Including entry codes for gated residential complexes prevents delivery failures caused by restricted vehicle access.
