Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and residential buildings in Leonia?

Accepted Answer

Many professional offices in this borough are located in converted residential structures with side or rear entrances. At checkout, specify the suite number and whether the main or side door is the primary entrance. For residential deliveries, provide the floor number for multi-family homes to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct unit.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the town’s dense residential grid and narrow street layouts. Including a description of the house color or the location of the house numbers helps drivers identify the property on blocks where homes are spaced closely together. This level of detail prevents delivery delays caused by difficult curbside parking or obscured signage.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a covered entryway or a side porch sheltered from the street. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value that fits the original design. Providing the recipient's mobile number helps us resolve access issues at small apartment buildings that lack a designated concierge or buzzer system.
