Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the high-rise buildings and gated complexes in Edgewater?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to high-rise residences and offices along the waterfront require specific unit numbers and building entry details. For gated communities, provide the gate code or instructions for the security guard at checkout. These details allow the driver to bypass entry restrictions common in this dense residential area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to account for the traffic and building layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to front desks or residential doors to navigate the city’s vertical housing and office towers. Drivers use side-street loading areas to manage the heavy traffic on the single main corridor running through town. Including the tower name and floor number helps the driver find the correct entrance in multi-building complexes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the order with the concierge or doorman found in most local high-rises. If a specific flower is out of stock, a substitute of equal value is used to complete the design. Providing a mobile number for the recipient helps the driver resolve issues with buzzer systems or restricted building access.
