Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and homes in Ridgefield Park?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to multi-tenant office complexes near the highway and residential homes on the village’s narrow side streets. For office deliveries, provide the suite number and state if the front desk accepts packages. For houses with shared driveways or side entrances, include those details at checkout to help the driver find the correct door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of the city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact. Because many residential blocks have limited street parking and houses are built close together, please specify if there is a porch or gate for drop-offs. Providing a door buzzer or gate code is necessary for buildings with secured entries to avoid the driver having to double-park on busy village roads.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a shaded spot or a neighbor to take the flowers, as many properties here lack large front yards for concealment. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value. A recipient phone number is required to coordinate access to the city's secured office towers where a signature is often needed.
