Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses in Prospect?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries reach residential streets, the central village corridor, and local funeral homes. Provide the service time for funeral deliveries to ensure the arrangement is placed before the viewing begins. For residential properties, please specify if the home is set back from the road to help us locate the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what details are needed for the property layout?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to homes and small offices rather than shipped in boxes. This village's layout of detached homes with open porches allows for direct delivery to the front door. Including details about side-porch access or specific door locations helps us leave the order in a secure spot.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we place the flowers in a shaded area on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we select a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color palette. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps us navigate properties with long driveways or gated entry points.
