Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to offices and apartments in Lewis Center?

Accepted Answer

This area contains many new apartment complexes and medical office campuses that require electronic key-fob access or gate codes. Provide the specific building number, suite, and any entry codes at checkout so the driver can reach the correct interior desk or door. These details prevent the delivery from being held at a primary security gate or central mail room.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the local layout of wide residential streets and long private driveways. This method ensures the arrangement arrives intact and is placed directly at the front door rather than being left at a mailbox or curb. Please specify if the home has a side-loading garage or a hidden entrance to help the driver locate the best drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home when the delivery arrives?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver looks for a protected spot on the porch, as many homes in this suburban area have open-concept front entries without fences. If a specific flower is out of stock, a bloom of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's size and color. Providing a recipient phone number is the most effective way to prevent failed deliveries to the city's gated subdivisions and secured multi-story buildings.
