Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential buildings in Ashley?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this village move between the central commercial street and the surrounding residential grid. Enter the specific desk or department name for deliveries to the small professional offices located near the center of town. This ensures the driver finds the correct entry point among the detached homes and small-scale commercial buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what details are needed?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the door because this area contains detached homes rather than high-rise buildings or secured complexes. Most properties here feature open front porches or side entries that allow for direct access. Providing details about which porch or door to use helps the driver find the right spot on properties with large yards.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot on the porch common to these residential dwellings. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is used to maintain the shape and size of the arrangement. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver coordinate access for homes set back from the main road.
