Question 1

How does delivery work for businesses, funeral chapels, and homes in Cardington?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local funeral chapels and village offices require a specific room name or department at checkout. For residential addresses, indicate if the driver should use a side entrance or a specific porch. These details are necessary to navigate the various multi-entry homes and clustered administrative buildings in the village center.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the local layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-carried to the door rather than shipped in a box. In the areas where village streets transition into rural acreage, please note if the house is set back significantly from the main road. This helps the driver identify the correct property in locations where house numbers are not easily visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the flowers are left on a sheltered porch or with a next-door neighbor. For deliveries to senior living centers or apartments with locked main entries, provide a secondary phone number and a specific room number to ensure access. When a particular flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value to maintain the arrangement's style.
