Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals and secured sites in Marion?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central medical campus require a specific wing name and room number to navigate the interconnected buildings. For secured industrial sites or correctional facilities, you must provide a gate number or a specific staff entrance. This information allows the courier to pass through security perimeters without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different types of properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to suit the city’s layout of narrow residential streets and wide-acre industrial lots. For older homes near the downtown core, specify if there is a preferred side-door or porch entrance. Providing a gate code for the newer apartment complexes helps the courier reach the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or workplace?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the arrangement is left on a sheltered porch or with a next-door neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution of the same color and value is selected. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps the courier coordinate delivery to secure employment hubs or restricted access workplaces.
