Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and buildings in Ostrander?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries cover both new residential subdivisions and older rural properties with long private drives. You must enter any gate codes or specific instructions for finding the front door if the house is set back significantly from the main road. This information prevents drivers from missing entrances on larger, wooded lots.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to front porches or main entryways, as the area is composed of single-family homes rather than dense commercial centers. Because many local properties sit on large plots, clear house numbers must be visible from the street for the driver. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties where the home is not visible from the mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the flowers at the front door unless a perimeter gate blocks access to the porch. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to keep the arrangement's style. Including a secondary contact number ensures the driver can reach someone if a long driveway is gated or blocked.
